3.1 Registration Data. When you create an okber account, we collect your mobile phone number (Philippine +63 format), chosen username, date of birth, and the password you set (stored in hashed, non-reversible form — we never store plain-text passwords).
3.2 KYC Verification Data. To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), verified accounts are required to submit a government-issued photo identification document. This may include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card. We also collect your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address as stated on your ID.
3.3 Financial Data. We collect records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions, including the payment method used (e.g., GCash account number, bank account number), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (₱PHP), timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. The okber platform does not contain links to third-party external websites. Any third-party service providers integrated into the okber platform — including payment processors and game software providers — operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with okber's instructions and applicable Philippine privacy law.
okber is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service provider, payment processor, or financial institution involved in processing your transactions. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and any other payment service you use independently.
okber reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
