You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. One account per person, per household, per device.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and okber ("okber," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okber.vip. By registering an account, accessing the okber platform, or using any of the services offered by okber — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and the associated deposit and withdrawal facilities — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or access the okber platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access the service.

2.1 Age Requirement. In compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in any real-money gambling activity on the okber platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. okber reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify this requirement.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The okber platform is operated for users in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participation in online casino gaming is legal in your jurisdiction prior to registering and depositing. okber makes no representation that the service is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location outside the Philippines.
2.3 Account Limits. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okber platform. Opening multiple accounts — including through the use of different phone numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly in the event of any changes. okber is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okber account username and password. okber strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You agree to notify okber immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Use. Your okber account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you may not transfer, sell, or otherwise convey account access or credits to any other person.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more may be classified as dormant. okber reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts, and to close accounts with a zero balance after an extended period of inactivity, subject to applicable Philippine regulations.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the okber platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required. Your okber wallet balance is always denominated in ₱PHP.
4.2 Accepted Methods. okber accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated in active promotions.
4.3 Deposit Finality. Deposits are generally irreversible once credited to your okber wallet. okber does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. okber is committed to full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence regarding the source of funds for any deposit. Suspicious or unexplained transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests require successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card. KYC verification is a one-time requirement per account.
5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. okber reserves the right to impose additional verification checks that may extend processing times for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
5.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under your own verified name. okber will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not associated with any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered okber users as specified in the individual offer terms. okber reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to excluded or restricted accounts.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse. okber takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Multi-accounting, structured play, use of automated software, and systematic exploitation of promotions are all prohibited. okber may void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to have engaged in such conduct.
6.4 Changes. okber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players through in-platform notifications or to the registered mobile number on the account.
7.1 RNG Certification. All game outcomes on the okber platform — including slots, RNG table games, bingo, and fishing game mechanics — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. okber's RNG systems are audited by accredited third-party testing agencies. Outcome certification reports are available upon request.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by actual physical game events (e.g., card draws, wheel spins) conducted by real human dealers in certified live studio environments. okber is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network or connectivity issues on the user's side.
7.3 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a technical error, server failure, or communication disruption during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. The resolution of disputed game outcomes by okber's technical team is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any okber content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or business interruption — even if okber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okber's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The okber platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
okber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity has been detected; (c) a request has been received from a law enforcement or regulatory authority; or (d) it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other users.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.
okber reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting an updated version at okber.vip/terms-conditions and, where appropriate, by notifying registered users via SMS or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes. Where applicable, disputes relating to gaming conduct may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with its applicable regulations.
